HOW TO RESERVE

The reservation can be made via our website or by sending a request by email to: naiadi@bolsenahotels.it. Users can consider the reservation confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from the property. Note that at the time of booking, the user needs to provide to the property the data of a valid credit card, no prepaid, to guarantee the reservation, no prepaid.
Guests, who wish to receive an invoice for their stay, are requested to communicate this at
the time of booking, indicating the details for issuing it. Otherwise the property will issue a fiscal commercial document.

Guests, who are unable to provide a credit card as guarantee, may make a bank transfer equal to the balance of the first night. In this case, the same cancellation conditions apply.

Payment will be made on departure. It can be made by payment card or in cash.

 

SERVICES INCLUDED

The reservation includes the services requested according to the tariff plan chosen as per the booking terms and conditions, stipulated at the time of booking. Hotel VAT is always included while the local tourist tax is never included, see section “Tourist Tax”.

The price of the stay includes the Morning Cleaning (provided from 09:00 to 14:00), breakfast and any meals if purchased. These services are not provided for apartments.

Does NOT include: any extra cleaning, drinks, drinks at the bar and minibar, drinks at the restaurant not included in the offer, damage to people or things and everything not expressly indicated in the offer.

The offers always include the two swimming pools accessible from May 1 to September 30, the unguarded private parking and wi-fi.

Air conditioning is always included in the offer, operating from 1 June to 15 September, except for exceptional external temperatures and heating, operating from 1 November to 15 April. Except exceptional external temperatures.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

– Cancellations made up to 2 days before the date of arrival do not incur any cost;
– late cancellations, or cancellations made after the deadline indicated above, will incur a charge on the card provided as guarantee, equal to the amount of the first night for each reserved room;
– in case of No Show (no show) the cost of the entire reservation will be charged to the card provided as guarantee.

For reservations made for the month of August or for national and local holidays, the free cancellation is scheduled up to 10 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation/ No Show the above conditions apply.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation, before the arrival of the customer, for an amount equal to the cost of the first night. Pre-authorisation is not a purchase. NO AMOUNT IS COLLECTED. With pre-authorization, the hotel will temporarily block the amount at any time to guarantee the reservation. The amount will be blocked on the customer’s card up to a maximum of 7 days.
If the pre-authorization is not successful, we will notify the customer and the reservation may be cancelled if a valid card is not provided.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The property accepts the following payment methods:
• Euro Mastercard
• Visa
• ATM/pagobancomat

Cash within the limit provided by the Italian Regulation
Cheques for personal accounts are not accepted.

 

SPECIAL PERIODS

In periods such as Easter, national and local holidays, New Year’s Eve and the month of August, a minimum of nights will be required for the stay and for all bookings the canzellazione policy may vary.

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in for hotel rooms can be made from 15:00 until 22:00.
Check-out for hotel rooms can be made from 8:00 to 11:00.

Check-in for apartments can be made from 15:00 until 20:00.
Check-out for apartments at the hotel can be made from 8:00 to 10:00.

In case of special needs, please inform the reception staff when booking. If guests arrive after the usual check-in time, please notify the property by this time to avoid the reservation being marked as no-show.

Upon arrival, guests must present identification documents to reception staff, even in the case of minors. Otherwise, you may be denied access to the property and stay (art.109 read P.S. as amended by art.7 point 2 of L.203/95).

 

TOURIST TAX

The Municipality of Bolsena has introduced a tax on non-residents who stay in hotels and extra-hotels located in the municipality; the amount of the contribution for category 3-star hotels is fixed in euro 1.00 per person per day of stay (for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights), except for children under 10 years of age and over 80 years of age in addition to the disabled, for whom the contribution is not due. The contribution must be paid directly at the hotel, in cash.

 

DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN IN HALF BOARD AND FULL BOARD

Children up to 2 years of age are free in cot or adult bed. Children from 3 to 10 years old have a 50% discount on the adult share.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company and the User shall not be liable to each other for any loss, damage or delay caused by strikes, trade union unrest, lockouts, fortuitous occurrences, fire, adjustment and legal provisions, government orders or regulations, insurrections, a state of war or similar acts, natural elements, force majeure embargoes or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise specified, the logo Le Naiadi Park Hotel, the website hotelbolsena.it, and all the content, information and material on our website and on our social media (@lenaiadiparkhotel), as well as copyright on the same (including copyright), are the exclusive property of GAB s.a.s di Francesca Bianconi e C. and may not be reproduced, either in whole or in part, transferred (by electronic or conventional means)modified, linked or otherwise used for any purpose without the prior written consent of GAB s.a.s di Francesca Bianconi e C.
